Family Video "Santa's Holiday Giveaway" Contest Official Rules and Regulations

1) Description of Contest: The 2008 Family Video "Santa's Holiday Giveaway" Contest is sponsored by FamilyVideo.com, 2500 Lehigh Avenue, Glenview, IL, 60026. Sponsor will award one (1) prize each day to one (1) winner of the contest. The prize will change each day. Entrants can only win once during the duration of the "Santa's Holiday Giveaway" Contest. One winner per household.

2) Promotional Period: The Family Video "Santa's Holiday Giveaway" Contest promotional period begins November 17th, 2008 at 12:00:00 am Central Time ('CST') and ends December 24th, 2008 at 11:59:59 pm Central Time ('CST').

3) How to Enter: Entrants will become eligible to win the prize drawing for that day by visiting the "Santa's Holiday Giveaway" contest page. Qualifying entrants for each day's prize will be randomly selected and entrants will supply name, email and address to be eligible. Family Video reserves the right to keep email addresses obtained for use in future promotions. In the unlikely event Family Video encounters technical failures, equipment failures, server and/or provider difficulties, or human errors in conjunction with the Family Video "Santa's Holiday Giveaway" Contest, Family Video will not be held responsible.

4)Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO WIN. The contest is open to all legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. To be eligible to win, all entrants must play the "Santa's Holiday Giveaway" Contest online. A winner will be chosen at random each day from the pool of eligible entrants as outline above. Employees of Family Video, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families are not eligible for the sweepstakes. The total number of eligible entrants playing the "Santa's Holiday Giveaway" Contest each day during the contest period will determine the odds of winning. All entrants agree to abide by the Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Family Video, which are both final and binding.

5)Prizes and Descriptions: One (1) prize will be awarded randomly each day. The prize may be a DVD, game, gift card or other prize decided by Family Video. No substitution, assignment or transfer of the Prize is permitted, except by Family Video, who reserves any and all rights to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6) Awarding of All Contest Prizes: A random selection will be made each day from the eligible entrants qualifited by the game during the time period stated in Step 2. All winners will be notified by e-mail. Failure to comply with Official Terms and Conditions, failure to complete and return required documents within fifteen (15) days of attempted delivery will result in loss of the prize. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Family Video, employees, managers, representatives, and all other affiliates with Family Video have no liability for, and shall hold all included parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that my arise, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance or use of prizes and/or participation in Sweepstakes. Offer is void where prohibited.
